RESERVING SESSIONS AND CLASSES:  You are solely responsible for cancelling your workout. You may cancel your session via the Vagaro app, the confirmation email (not text) or by notifying your instructor.

You may reserve your class session or small group session through our website or through the Vagaro app. From there, select which class or classes you would like to attend. The reservation is considered complete once payment has been secured. We will not collect payment until you have attended your session, "No-Showed", or cancelled outside of our 24 cancellation window.

PAYMENT:
A credit card is required to hold a reservation. We will not charge your card until you have attended your session, or if you have "No-Showed",  or cancelled outside of our 24 hour window. You may pay with cash, check, a gift card, or credit card. You may choose to save your credit card information in Vagaro to expedite booking and payment. Vagaro and Pilates Sestina are PCI compliant and your payment information is private and safe. Teachers and the studio owner to not have access to credit card numbers.

CANCELLATIONS: 
Workouts may be cancelled without penalty by cancelling up to: 24 hours prior to the start time of a group class, and 24 hours prior to the start of a private session.  This may be done online via 1) Your Vagaro account, or 2) via the confirmation email, or 3) by contacting your instructor.

LATE ARRIVALS:
You are expected to arrive to your session on time, with the required equipment, and ready to begin your workout.  Accordingly, if you arrive late, it is within the discretion of your instructor whether to allow you to attend your session.  Your session may not be extended due to tardiness and will end on it's scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 min late to a group class, you may not be admitted to class and your tardiness will be considered a "No-Show". 

You grant the studio, its representatives, employees, or agents the right to take photographs and video footage of you and your property while at the studio and to use and publish these photos and videos in print and/or electronically. The studio will not use your name for any purpose in association  with such photo or video unless we expressly ask for your permission and you grant it.



EQUIPMENT: You may choose to bring your own equipment to your class or session- grip socks, and/or loops, yoga mat, blanket, weights- as determined by the class format, but you are not required to do so.  We will provide everything you need.

CLEANING: All clients are expected to respect the equipment and props used during their session. Accordingly, you are asked to thoroughly clean your equipment after your session with the provided cleaning supplies, reset the apparatus, and leave the space as you would like to find it.

NO CHEWING GUM: Client are not to chew gum while in the studio, especially during their workout.

NO FOOD/TEA/COFFEE: No food, or beverage (other than water) is allowed on the equipment. Beverages may be stored and consumed in the entryway.

NO GUESTS OR PETS: In consideration of their safety, and the health and safety of our clients, no non-participating visitors, pets, or children under 18 years of age are allowed in the studio unless approved by the studio owner.

NO CELL PHONES: During all sessions cell phones should be on silent and stored away from the workout area. 

CONDUCT/DAMAGES: The studio is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its clients and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. The studio has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly.  This right may include the termination of the training relationship without refund.
