WHAT IS RECOMMENDED? 

Remember that with Pilates, consistency is key. It is difficult to gain an understanding of the method in a single session or by dropping in to sessions intermittently. We recommend two sessions per week to begin, and currently we have clients who up to three times per week. 

Please enjoy our blog and practice videos.  Be sure to use the same precautions that you do in the studio while doing these home videos. You will need to speak to your instructor to get the password.
